Level One

Basic services include the following:

  • Large, comfortable private and semi-private suites 

  • A warm, inviting tea room filled with homemade foods and snacks 

  • Social plans tailored to the individual needs of the resident 

  • Trained care staff on-site 24 hours a day 

  • RN supervision

  • Personal laundry and linen services that include regular housekeeping

  • Supervision in activities of daily living, yet encouraging independence

  • Three balanced meals, preferences available 

  • Companionships and socialization fostered to provide a well-rounded quality of life 

  • Monitoring and administration of medications and pharmacy oversight of each individual

  • Cable hook-ups provided 

  • Annual healthcare assessments/significant change assessments


Level Two

Includes all of the level one plus: 

  • Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming 

  • Stable diabetic supervision 

  • Special dietary needs 

  • Enhanced housekeeping and laundry services 

  • Gentle redirection and cueing as needed, based on individual assessments


Level Three

Includes all of the level two plus: 

  • Enhanced incontinence care 

  • Skin integrity monitored 

  • Skin care products 

  • Daily housekeeping, linen and laundry service

  • Assistance with eating
