The Evergreen Memory Care Community at Fritzingertown was thoughtfully created to meet the growing need for specialized dementia care in our area, offering residents a warm, welcoming, and supportive place to call home.

Veterans Program

If you or your spouse served in the U.S. military for at least 90 days, with at least one day during a qualifying wartime period, you may be eligible for the VA Aid and Attendance benefit to help with the cost of senior living and care.

Eligible surviving spouses may also qualify for this benefit. Contact us to learn more about eligibility and how this benefit may help with the cost of residency.

Our on site physical therapy provider, Northeast PT Associates. works with residents to develop personalized goals based on their abilities and needs. Whether recovering from an injury, improving balance and mobility, or working to maintain strength and independence, residents can receive care in a familiar and comfortable environment.
